3 Production Lines

We currently have 3 production lines with capacity for 2 additional.

The production lines run from filling stations which are supplied from the manufacturing area through a separate gassing bunker through waterbaths, capping inkjet coding and shrink tunnels.


Line 1
Zigler automated filler -
Two filling heads and two gassing heads
Production rate: 60 units per min


Line 2
Pamasol automated filler consisting of 2 separate filler/valve inserter/crimper stations and a single 6 head rotary gasser, water bath, inkjet station and a shrink tunnel
Production rate: 100 units per minute
Equipped with the micro-doser


Line 3
Mixed product line. This line has 2 separate fillings stations: dedicated to personal care and home care respectively. The gasser is a 6 head rotary filler leading into a water bath, inkjet station and shrink tunnel
Production rate: 90 units per minute
