Based in Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, Omnisol consists of:

• A world-class, specifically designed facility that manufactures aerosols for the personal and homecare markets, and also expands into liquid and cream products.

• The OmniProtect range of hygiene products.

• Exclusive Brands – home and personal care aerosol products are designed and manufactured for retailers.

Facility

This facility was designed in conjunction with large FMCG multi-nationals, taking into account their stringent quality and safety requirements for aerosol plants and personal care production.

Housed in a 10 000 square meter facility, the plant has the capacity to produce 4 500 000 aerosol units per month which is generated from 3 automated lines. The facility has capacity for 2 additional aerosol lines and has the capacity to fill liquid, cream and gel materials.

The production lines run from filling stations which are supplied from the manufacturing area through a separate gassing bunker through waterbaths, capping inkjet coding and shrink tunnels.
